The MMA fitness program is a new and exciting way of obtaining superior fitness utilizing techniques practiced by Mixed Martial Artists. Become lean and mean all while learning some solid self-defense techniques. This program uses many exercises practiced by today's top MMA fighters, without the dangers associated with full contact fighting.
Tired of the same old exercises encountered at the local gym? This program is for you! It is open to anyone interested in improved fitness in a non-traditional training environment. We have two morning classes at our West Chester location available for your convenience.
